Shipping and Returns
We ship from our Toronto warehouse.
Orders received and confirmed by 3:00 PM EST will ship in 1-2 business days. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday will ship on the next business day.
Please note: rural address will experience longer delivery times.
- Return must be requested 30 days from date of purchase
- Return Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of return request being authorized
- Return Item(s) must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories
- Any items returned without original packing materials (such as boxes, bags, cables, cords, and manuals) will not be eligible for credit.
- We offer free shipping but not free returns
- Software, Key codes, RFAs, and special order items are not refundable.
- All merchandise must be in original and sell-able condition.
- 20% restocking fee on all items returned due to no fault of the seller e.g. buyers regret, user error or unwanted items
- Do not use the manufacturer's packaging as the shipping container, items not in the original condition or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to seller error are subject to additional restocking fees
- No Refund for item(s) if damaged or altered through customer misuse, is missing parts or is in unsellable condition
- All returns of refurbished items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Product must be double boxed and your RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box. If you received RMA packing slip paperwork, please include this in the shipping box. Please do not write on the original packaging or damage it in any way.

Please note: Equipment serial number(s) are required in order to obtain an RMA number.
